The first step for all new clients.

  • Services and Rates

    • Prices for a single animal are as follows: Morning or Afternoon excursion, $33
    • All-day excursion, $48
    • A leash walk or let out (before or after excursion hours), $18
    • Mid-day let out, $15
    • Additional dog for excursions or leash walks, $18
    • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be $15 charge. Cancellation without notification will be a full charge for scheduled service.
    • Weekend services are a $12 additional surcharge (Friday nights,Saturdays and Sundays)
    • Outside of regular hours 10-6 will be a $7 additional surcharge

  • We require a two day per week minimum. Some limitations apply depending on where you live. If you'd prefer a flex schedule, please see the next question.
  • Flex schedule owners submit the schedule for their dogs by Saturday each week. Flex schedules require a minimum for 2 days per week.

  • Overnights Rates

    • Overnight (coverage until noon day of arrival) $57. Additional overnight doggie friends $32
    • Overnight All-day Excursion $49
    • Extended Coverage (noon-4pm on day of arrival) $15
    • Extended Coverage (4pm-8pm on day of arrival) $30
    • Weekend Surcharge (Friday night, Saturday & Sunday) $12
    • Holiday Overnight Surcharge $25
    • Overnight cancellation within 7 days of an overnight stay will result in the client being charged for 1/2 of the nights scheduled

  • Invoicing and Payments

    You will receive an invoice by email the first week of each month for the previous month’s services. There is an option to pay online by Bank ACH (credit cards not accepted), you may mail a check made payable to Ruffin' Wranglers to the following address:

  • Payment terms shall be net (15) days from the date of invoice. Overdue invoices that roll into the following month will incur a 10% late fee. Returned check policy: $20 penalty plus the amount owed on services rendered. Please initial:
  • Owner must give at least 24-hour notice for any cancellation. A $15 fee will be charged for any cancellation with less than 24-hour notice. No notification will result in full charge for the scheduled service. Please initial:
  • Owner gives permission to Ruffin’ Wranglers® to bring their pet to the vet listed on the contract or to an emergency animal clinic in the case of a medical emergency. The owner agrees to fully reimburse Ruffin’ Wranglers® for all fees incurred for medical care. Please initial:
  • The owner is fully responsible for any harm their animal may cause to another animal or person (including medical care and vehicle or property damage) while under the supervision of Ruffin’ Wranglers® Please initial:
  • The owner is financially responsible for any “playing” or “rough-housing” injury sustained by their pet while under the supervision of Ruffin’ Wranglers® Please initial:
  • Ruffin’ Wranglers® has permission to enter the above-stated premises to care for the animals listed on this contract. Please initial:
  • Dog owner agrees to hold Ruffin’ Wranglers® and its employees harmless of any injury, death or loss of a dog while in the care of Ruffin’ Wranglers®. Owner understands that by allowing their dog to participate in a group setting, their dog will be off-leash and socializing with other dogs. Ruffin’ Wranglers® does provide a fenced-in area for the dogs to play in. Ruffin’ Wranglers® reserves the right to refuse to take any dog on excursions if we assess the dog is not compatible with other dogs or plays too aggressively, or does not obey commands.
